People with Spinal injuries often report that it’s not the ability to walk that affects their lives most, but the many quality of life challenges from routine infections, to neuropathic pain, to pressure sores and of course mental health challenges.
SMSR funds research to address just that. It’s a small, focused charity and I hope you will think of them.
