Meet us at Neuro Convention 2022, 6th & 7th July, NEC Birmingham

Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research is pleased to be a Charity Partner of Neuro Convention 2022, Europe's only trade event for brain and spine experts.

At this summer's event, SMSR Ambassador Ralph Charlwood, and Trustee Nigel Henderson, will deliver an informative seminar session discussing the unseen complications of Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), and how research such as SMSR's can help to improve the lives of people living with SCI.

The event will showcase the latest technology and innovations in the neurological sector with the goal of improving patient outcomes. The show focuses on four key areas of neurology: rehabilitation, mental health, brain stimulation and diagnostics.

For spinal cord injury researchers, expect to see the latest technology changing the face of the neurology sector including demonstrations of exoskeletons.

Additionally, Neuro Convention has a dedicated rehabilitation and diagnostics theatre where you can hear seminars on treatment following a spinal cord injury as well as diagnosing unseen complications of spinal cord injury, all seminars are CPD accredited.

Meet with exhibitors such as, Circle Rehabilitation Services, Voyage Care, Ottobock and discuss how their technology and equipment can increase the efficiency of your hospital, practice or centre and highlight solutions to simplify the delivery of care in community settings.

Also, the University of Plymouth will be hosting their specialist neuro-rehabilitation workshops once again and based on last year’s attendance, this will prove to be a popular theatre. More details on Neuro Convention’s seminar agenda will be announced in the coming weeks.
