Calling all National Spinal Injuries Centre patients and families!

Following the success of our previous fish & chip social evenings, we are delighted to be hosting our next event on Thursday 4th July from 5.00pm - 7.30pm.

As well as enjoying free fish & chips, you will hear first hand from Nigel Henderson (SMSR Trustee and former Clinical Director of NSIC) about the projects being funded by Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research (SMSR) into the complications of spinal cord injury, e.g. Urinary Tract Infections, Pressure Ulcers, Neuropathic Pain, & Upper Limb Function

You will also get the chance to meet our brilliant Ambassadors (Kat Panagaki & Jason Gunn - past patients of the NSIC) along with other panellists Jamie Rhind, Raquel Siganporia and Adam Thomas who will be taking part in a Q&A session and will be happy to offer any words of advice as they reflect on their lives since their injury.

To sign up simply book however many free tickets you need to include yourself and family members.

We really hope to see you and would like to thank Slater and Gordon for kindly sponsoring the evening. For further information, please visit Slater and Gordon become official partner of Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research

Please book your tickets by Friday 28th June and note this event is only open to patients, families and staff at the National Spinal Injuries Centre, Stoke Mandeville.

If you are unable to leave your ward but would still like a visit from an Ambassador or one of our team, or, for any other information please email [email protected]
